Data protection information for the Performer Suite software

  1. General Information

The protection of your personal data is important to us. In this document, we explain what data is processed when you use our software, for what purpose this is done and what rights you are entitled to.

  1. Responsible

The responsibility for the processing of data within our software lies entirely with the customer who operates the software. Our software is provided as an on-premises solution and we as the manufacturer have no access to the processed data.

  1. Processing of Personal Data

Our software processes the following data:

a) Processed Data Categories:

  • User data: username, user ID, e-mail address.

  • Organization data: Organization affiliation, roles or other work-related information.

  • Activity data, if applicable: Timestamps associated with user activities (e.g. "created by", "modified by"). The display and storage of activity data can be deactivated by the customer.

  • Free text entries: Comment fields or notes that may contain personal data (depending on the customer's use).

b) Purposes of Processing:

  • Provision of the software functions (e.g. documentation, tracking of changes).

  • Optimization and adaptation of the software to customer requirements.

  • Support with data organization and analysis.

c) Legal Basis:

The processing of personal data by our software takes place based on the contractual agreements between you (the customer) and your users and on the basis of the customer's internal guidelines.

  1. Data Transfer to Third Parties

Our software does not transfer any data to us or to third parties unless this is expressly set up or authorized by the customer.

  1. Storage Period

The storage period of the processed data is determined by the customer. Our software provides the technical means to store, archive or delete data in accordance with the customer's requirements.

  1. Rights of Data Subjects

As the responsibility for data processing lies entirely with the customer, requests for data subject rights (e.g. information, correction, deletion) must be addressed directly to your employer.

  1. Changes to this Notice

We reserve the right to amend this data protection notice if necessary. Please check the current version regularly.
