Excel File Upload and Download

Excel Files can be uploaded, but also Renamings of one entire project are able to be downloaded as an Excel File.

Original Type Describes the Object types abbreviation, which should be renamed. For details of the Original Type, meanings see excel above.

Remark regarding Fields

Please note fields are without InfoProvider; Example: 2FT_ODS14-D_NW_IPO):

Original Techn. Name    Describes the original Technical Name of an SAP-Object

New Techn. Name         Describes the new Technical Name of an SAP-Object

New Description           Gives a new description of an SAP-Object. Please note: the new description will only be added as long text in the respective Project language.

Downloaded Excel Files are structured identically.

Entries that were integrated by the Excel upload can be deleted via the context menu.

Rows with the entry "Modeling Entity" in the column "Origin of Renaming" are automatically deleted as soon as the respective object has been deleted from the project.
