Exporting comment to SAP

It is possible to export comments, which are maintained within the Docu Performer, as documents in the document management of SAP BW. For this, the button "Upload comment file to SAP" can be used in the comment section. This button is available when the comment is saved and is not in edit mode.

The description of the created documents can be adjusted in the settings under "General > Comments + Custom fields".

After starting the export, the systems can be chosen in which the document is to be created. Subsequently, the comment in the BW document management of the selected systems is available.
